The call is open to artists, designers, teachers and students of artistic disciplines who propose
a work made with textile techniques and/or materials; in fact, the purpose of the exhibition is to promote
and popularize textile art as an expressive medium of contemporary art, highlighting its
techniques and methods of realization.

From Saturday, 19, February, Miniartextil will open in Paris at Le Beffori, Montrouge; the new exhibition will be open untill Sunday, 13 March every day from 12 am to 7 pm with free admission.

From Saturday, 19 September to Sunday, 1 November, a work by Daniela Frongia will be at Palazzo Marliani Cicogna - Busto Arsizio. The Sardinian artist works with fabrics suc as wool, cotton and linen to create contemporary weaving installations. To visit the Museum click here
