Miniartextil is an international exhibition dedicated to fibre art and contemporary textile art, founded in Como in 1991 and organised by the Arte&Arte association. The event brings together artists from all over the world who explore the expressive potential of textile materials through innovative works, installations and the famous '
mini-textiles', small artistic creations of modest dimensions but great expressive power.
Each edition is built around a specific theme, inviting artists to reflect on contemporary cultural, social and artistic issues.
Over time, Miniartextil has become an international benchmark for research in the field of textile art, promoting dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and artistic experimentation. The event takes place across various exhibition spaces in the city and represents an important opportunity for artists, the public and contemporary art enthusiasts to come together.
